Henrietta Marie Kneser
Funeral services for Henrietta Marie Kneser, 86, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Kneser passed away at 7:32 p.m., Friday, August 12, 2016 at West Vue Nursing Center.
She was born February 25, 1930, at Chicago, Illinois, to William Mack and Rose Augustyniak Mack. She graduated from St. Joseph’s High School in Chicago, Illinois and worked as a Communications Consultant at Wood County Telephone Company for thirty years. On May 27, 1950, she was married at Chicago, Illinois, to Eugene T. Lewandowski, who preceded her in death December 9, 1983. On January 30, 1988, she was married at Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, to Lucien L. Mason, who preceded her in death November 21, 1995. On April 8, 2000, she was married at Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, to Glenn Kneser, who preceded her in death December 10, 2010. She was a past member of the Lake Arrowhead Community Chorus and The Bluebird Singers. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, golf and singing. Mrs. Kneser was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
She is survived by two children, David Eugene Lewandowski and wife, Jamie, Johnstown, Colorado and Joanne White and husband, Brian, West Plains, Missouri; seven step-children, Lou Mason, Jr. and wife, Linda, Beaumont, California, Tim Mason and wife, Sue, Victor, Idaho, Jill Bilek and husband, Gary, Broomfield, Colorado, Andrea Smith and husband, Malcolm, Corona, California, Keith Kneser and wife, Pat, Foxlake, Wisconsin, Robin McGregor and husband, Pat, DePere, Wisconsin and Tina Seigl and husband, Mike, Ashland, Oregon; four grandchildren, Jessica Collins and husband, Greg, Justin Hamin, Mason Lewandowski and Austin Lewandowski; one great-grandchild, Madelyn Hamin; twelve step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and one brother, Dan Mack, Dixon, Illinois.
Her parents, husbands, and one sister, Ann Linder, precede her in death.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, followed by a Rosary service at 7:00 p.m., at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Restlawn Cemetery, Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Mary’s Catholic Church and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
