My deepest sympathy to Anna Lee’s family. I knew her when we were children. I lived near Elijah until I was ten years old and went with my parents to the store Anna Lee’s parents owned and operated. I have fond memories of Anna Lee.

    Bob & Family,
We are deeply sorry for the loss of Ann. We have many memories of the years she worked as a bus driver. She always treated everyone with kindness, and we always considered her a good friend. Your family is in our prayers.

    Dear Burtrums,
My thoughts and prayers are with you as you grieve the loss of sweet Ann. I shall never forget her thoughtfulness, kindness, and love to my family. Her smile was contagious, her food beyond delicious, but it was her laugh that conveyed her joy and love of life that I still hear when I think of her. She was a true blessing to me!
Much love to all of you,
    Cindy

    Dear Mr. Burtrum and Family,
I didn’t have Ann as my bus driver, but when I did see or ride her bus she always had a wonderful smile for everyone she met! You and your family have my deepest sympathy upon the loss of Ann. You and your family will be in my prayers/thoughts. May God bless each one of you. Also, I will miss her at our polling place in April! I always enjoyed seeing her and visiting with her at the polling place.

    Bob and Family,
I’m so sorry to hear about Ann’s passing. I am unable to be there, but I wanted to say how much I appreciated Ann and your families friendship. She was such a special person and loved kids! I will never forget all of the FFA trips she took us on and she was always so amiable and ready to do whatever was needed. Not only did she take care of the FFA kids, but the advisors and their kids as well. She was like an additional grandmother to Luke and Seth. She will be sorely missed, but what pleasant memories there are for you as a family and the great host of good friends she had.
    Sincerest wishes,
    Steve

i will miss Ann and our visits before church started. I visited with Ann about a week before she passed in the nursing home. I was so pleased that she knew me! May God grant your family peace. Joan Davis remembers her as an excellent bus driver.
