I am sorry to hear of my cousins passing.
It has been a long time since all of our families have been together.
May you rest in peace Mona.

I am still trying to believe this is real but I’m going to miss her and our conversations and the good times we had growing up. She was raised like a sister in our family when her father was killed in an accident before she was born so my sister came home to live with us. She was a good person always willing to help others and took care of her step father, her mother and her previous husband until they passed. I love you and am so sorry you had to endure so much before passing.

Mona was a good friend and classmate at Liberty High. When I felt like the oddball she would include me. We lost touch over the years but recently connected on Facebook. We didn’t have time to catch up on all our life experiences and she didn’t tell me she had health issues. I am so sorry we didn’t get more time together. I will miss her.

Mona has been such a wonderful friend since we met working at Angelica in Mountain View. She and her dear mother Wilma became two of my best friends! Fly high dear Mona, catch up with Wilma and please hover low enough that I can find you when it’s my time to go. Then, oh the joy of joining you both as we soar through the heavens exploring the wonders we discover!
