We thought the world of both Noble and Thelma. He was such a wonderful person and enjoyed our many phone conversations. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone. Wished we could be there. As days go by may your sorrows turn into happy memories.

A giant has left us and he will be missed. This quiet friend was an encourager of me and so many others for so many years. I cherish his friendship and the memories of so many days gone by. One of the last times I saw him he stopped between the stores to speak to me. He was not concerned about being parked int he middle of the street – he just wanted to greet me and share a minute.

Good neighbors are such a blessing and Noble Guffey was a good friend and neighbor to me and my family as long as I can remember. The memories will be cherished over the years as we go forward from this place.

My prayers are with the family.

Of all the men that have walked this earth, Noble Guffey, definitely lived up to his name. He was a man of great heart and character. Thelma and Noble leave behind a legacy of love and commitment. It is easy to feel happiness for him now, as he is once again with Thelma.
