I remember him at Richard Bro’s store since childhood.
He was always nice and kind to all.
I also knew him to come visit at West Vue when I worked there as charge nurse,LPN.
He was truly a Man of God.
    May he rest in peace.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family for your loss but Heaven’s gain.

We have known Chester since we became members at First Christian Church about 15 years ago. He is one of the finest, and we always enjoyed the banter between Joyce and him. We have admired how he has handled living without Joyce over the last 3 1/2 years. He has been a pillar of the church and community his whole life, and he is going to be sorely missed at our church. We appreciate his service to our church, community, and nation. God Bless Him.

Randall, Shirley, and the Click Family,
Our deepest sympathy to your family upon the loss of Chester. He was not only a neighbor to us in the Wayhaven Neighborhood but a true friend as well. Chester ALWAYS had smile and a friendly personality..a joy to be around and spending time with friends. May God comfort, encourage, and support all of you thru this difficult time. May God bless all of you.
    In Christian Love,
    Tim, Amber(Cozort), and Corby Redburn

Heartfelt prayers to all the family. I’ve known and respected Chester since I was very young and feel much sadness for his passing, but am thankful to have known him and now celebrate his life.

Chester was a fantastic man. I loved working with him on the Mackey Cemetery Association. He had knowledge of so much of Pomona and the history that went along with the tiny town. He was witty, and kind, and I teased him for always being so sharply dressed. I will miss him dearly.

My condolences to Randall and Shirley and to all of your family. Your dad was such a kind and good man. Our family always shopped at Richard Brother’s and a trip there was not complete without seeing your dad. He was very much a presence in our growing up.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Click family. I first met Chester in 1976 as a very green, teen aged employee at the iconic Richards Bros. store in West Plains. He tought me so much about managing and how to treat others. Chester was of the highest integrity and character, and his warm smile and easy way were universally respected by all, young and old. He never told anybody to do anything, although in his position, he easily could have. Instead, he always asked them to do it. He never raised his voice. He didn’t need to. Everybody there would have “walked over hot coals” to help Chester. I could go on and on, but suffice to say that Chester will be sorely missed from this world, and his legacy of kindness will live on in all of us whose lives that he has touched.

Our thought and prayers go out to Chester’s family. He was such a wondeful person who will be sadly misssed. He touched so many lives. Our son Benny, when he was a teen ager, worked at the Richards Brothers. Chester was role model for him. After moving to Springfield to finish college he told us that when he took a job and had people working under him, he wanted to treat them the way Chester treated him. He was a man of God and he made the world a better place.
