Dear Beverly, Marsha, Beth, and Beckie and families…

Please accept deepest sympathy from the entire Lewis family in Palmyra. Your husband, father, and grandfather was truly an amazing gentleman to know and hold as a friend. First, he was so devout to his Methodist Church family. Also, he cared so much for his community that his involvement could fill many journals. Three generations of our family had the pleasure of knowing and working with Lee. His love, care and concern, and generosity towards the citizens of Palmyra, Philadelphia, and Marion County will never be forgotten. In our thoughts and prayers as we reminisce about such a special man.

For the past 10 years our family has lived across the street from Mr. and Mrs. Keck. I still remember the day we moved in. They came across the street with a plate of cookies and welcomed us to the neighborhood. We received cookies at Christmas until just a few years ago. We loved to see how caring they were with each other and enjoyed seeing them in the yard working or with Beebee. Great memories. He will be missed….

Becky I am so sorry to see this. I have admired your mom and dad and the love they showed each other as I walked in the neighborhood. They would still hold hands when walking their dog. I always thought this was so sweet.
